I just ordered my Milwaukee drill from VIP outlet and they send it in the dinkiest envelope. It arrived with a bunch of scratches and damage. I took the opportunity to thrash it further on driling concrete but still. Could've been a gift

I bought 2 different TVs from this seller and both arrived damaged. Just know there is a chance you'll be returning and the seller waited until the last day possible to refund me too. Maybe you'll have better luck with this seller than me.

That sucks, I had pretty good luck with this seller for the PC and smart displays I bought from them. Nothing I need here so I'll pass too.

VIP Outlet customer service is absolutely horrible to deal with. Make sure you read every detail of everything before you buy.
Last month I bought a laptop they labeled as BRAND NEW, original box was damaged so has been repackaged. The bezel is chipped, the power adapter had clearly been used (not sealed in anything and the cords were velcroed like someone had to unplug and leave in a hurry) and haphazardly tossed in the box, and to top it all off the machine arrived with 248 hours / > 1500 power on cycles logged in the hard drive's SMART records.

I am three weeks into their "escalation process" with little to no communication or progress

VIP Outlet is absolute trash. They sent me a fake hard drive (you know the usb stick inside a HDD enclosure scam). Customer service is terrible. Avoid them like the plague.

This is truth. I had 1 really good positive experience a few years back, so I took a chance recently again. BIG mistake. Extremely painful. Eventually got my money back, but it wasn't until enough "waiting" had transpired.

Happened to me, with their listing Unlock 256Gb phone and sent to me 128Gb LOCKed phone, trying to contact them, but they did not answer. Their customer service is suck.
