I used to consider and recommend this as the best tablet/phone controller... until I had to use the down dpad button a lot very quickly for a game mechanic. Turns out you cant disable/remap the screenshot button, which happens to be just below the dpad, like really really close to it. I don't have fat fingers or huge hands, but I still would hit the screenshot button often enough to make me change controllers.

Another issue is the lack of vibration on the usb version (the bluetooth version has rumble). At first I didn't mind, since I was playing mostly old retro games, but for newer games, it takes away a lot of the immersion. It even can make a game harder because of a mechanic that relies on vibration feedback, which the usb version lacks.

I would still consider this as a decent controller, but it definitely has its drawbacks.

I can vouch for the non bluetooth version of this, the X5 Lite which is $24. It is flat out awesome. I can actually game on my phone now, and I've been having a blast. Just picked up Dead Cells which is amazing, and have also been playing through Streets of Rage 4. Gamesir makes some good controllers as far as I can tell. If you need the bluetooth capability, I'd say give it a shot. Plus I think the bluetooth version has analog L2/R2 triggers, whereas my version just has digital.
