Bare in mind that you can only use the leaf blower on a 4ah battery for approx. 20 min. If you are planning on using both, you might need more batteries.

Well no. This deal is $180 and the other one is $250. Again depends on which system are you on already. If you don't have either, of course the cheaper one would be my choice.

Not an expert, but AFAIK, 40v is more powerful than 18v. Also the 18v model is brushless, this I think is not.
