There are three bands: 2GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz. There is no Quad-Band WiFi. It is a marketing term for "wireless mesh" devices with less usable 5GHz bandwidth because they dedicate part of that band for "mesh" networking for that rare person who wants to buy two routers, the second of which is limited in speed to part of the 5GHz band.
This kind of product makes little sense to me. If you just want coverage have a lot of cheap mesh devices. If you want 6GHz speed you can't get it from a device that is limited to 5GHz for the "mesh backhaul."
