Samsung is currently only offering $131 trade-in value for this phone so it's not a good choice for churning either. They might offer promo trade value when the S26 launches, but I wouldn't count on it. For context, they didn't offer trade-in promos for the S20 line last year, only S21 and later.
As a phone, it's still quite powerful. The 128GB storage isn't the greatest, but the screen is still more than flagship quality, the cameras are better than >90% of current phones, and the speed of the 888 is still superior to any mid-level phone of today.
However, support is at an end. If that matters to you, that's a deal killer.
The amount of phone you get for $200, however, is quite solid.
