I'm gonna get on my cereal box and remind folks this contains a bunch of terrible shit.

Even the natural shit is terrible.

It famously contains TSP - tri sodium phosphate
...

Your local landlord would tell you they use TSP for cleaning smoke stains off walls. Tsp + water and the walls bleed brown.

The Bible teaches us that our bodies are our temples. So I guess you're saying if it's good enough for our actual house then it's good enough for our proverbial house?

You are downvoted but it's true. Whenever I eat this the coloring or something always gives me diarrhea. No other cereal does this...

Edit: Could just be specific to me, or maybe that I like the sugary marshmallows in this a bit more than my stomach does.

Years ago, someone supposedly did a study. They supposedly fed one group of rats a sugar coated cereal and a second group of rats the box the cereal came in. According to the study, the group of rats that ate the cardboard boxes apparently were healthier than the group that ate the cereal. Whether or not this is an urban myth or not -- it is still "food for thought."

They're magically delicious! Marketing works! Unfortunately, this cereal is horrible for your body. I can't imagine pounding a bowl full of this like 8 year old me use to. Back then it was just sugar, fortunately. And some food coloring.

Why spread facts when you can spread folklore?

While this is obviously highly processed junk food with limited nutritional value.. Fun fact: many ingredients at low doses aren't harmful to humans.

I see it at CVS for this price all the time. I've found CVS to be the best place to buy cereal. They always have deep sales. Great Grains was recently $2. I bought a box of Lucky Charms for nostalgia recently during my child cereal sugar bender. Some of the cereals were disgusting compared to the versions I had when I was a kid, but Chemical Charms was actually pretty good. The best way to eat this stuff is to pick out the oat pieces, so you're left with a bowl of marshmallow pieces at the end. I'm glad the box was tiny, because I would have made myself sick eating this stuff. I would personally never eat this for breakfast.

You can eat anything in moderation, im just saying that it's likely you'll need to moderate this a lot more than even the other sugary cereals.

Decent price, but local grocery stores usually have this, or a larger size, for $2
