Especially for weight vests which are usually inflated.

Check the reviews. The sand bags are bulky. Someone recommends getting 100+ as that one comes with steel bars instead of sand bags. Still a great deal for what you get

Military rucksacks are typically 40-70lbs, but depending on loadout can reach 100lbs. Something like this makes it easier to train with than packing a rucksack to walk around on base.

The sandbags are removable so you can do less than 80 lbs. I have one and put about 25 lbs and run a couple miles, weighted pull-ups, weighted squats, etc.
