The bigger issue is the compatibility though. If you play a lot of older games, the nvidia card may be a better choice than the ARC card. I wrote a more thorough detail of the compatibility issues in another post that I can share if you need that.

Nonsense aside, this appears to be dead, in Central NC at least. The OC version appears to still be in stock @ $260. But from my understanding isn't much of a difference either way IRL clocks / performance. I'd probably still pay $10 for the OC though.

FWIW, I'm like you. Looking for a upgrade but not willing to pay $500-600 for the extra few gigs of ram that only a few current games even demand and only at max settings. $250 is likely to get me a 30% boost in performance and newer tech, and I can likely sell my old card to recoup most of my upgrade costs.
Best part is our upgrades are infinitely better (literally) vs the hypothetical card they'll never actually own. How many FPS does their pretend 5090 32GB get in Cyberpunk at 4K? I'm guessing around Zero
