Never used UF before. This is Underground Feeder wire: UV resistant, direct burial, wet/dry.

Yes, but it must be run inside conduits or within walls. It's not as flexible as romex. Overbending may harm the cable, reducing its lifespan. It's not as easy to strip as romex.

Use regular romex if you can. This is harder to work with than romex. It will work and get the job done, but I would only use it outside or damp areas. You will spend a lot more time running it and stripping than you will romex so any cost savings you might see would be negated.

That's pretty typical for UF cable if you actually need it for outdoor or underground runs. Solid choice from Southwire, just overkill for anything indoor.
