Is $33 even good for 24 bars?

Just a heads up, erythritol is a diuretic not that everyone will experience it but some will. This gave me bad stomach issues and this product has it. Do your research before buying or buy just one and test your stomach before more. Unfortunately many of the newer baked goods that are low sugar protein products have it now.

I prefer these bars over the others. Price-wise, I've paid full price for these and loved them. Only other bars comparable would be David bars, which yield higher protein, while other brands have Maltitol and variations of it, which spike blood sugar. Overall, Quest is the best keto bar around.

Studies and research recommend limiting to under 30g of Erythritol. One bar has 7-8g, which is within a safe amount. That being said, I would be careful if people eat more than the daily limit, which is typically above 30g seen in these studies, to prevent cardiovascular events. I don't eat any other Erythritol products and limit myself to 2 bars at most a day. Research also points out that over 3 year time frame, so taking a break from Erythritol would help reduce the amount circulating in the blood. I don't eat these bars every day, and do take a couple of months off when they aren't on sale. That being said, normal sugar and carbs is worse due to glycation, which has a direct impact on adverse cardiovascular events, so people gotta pick their poison. Diuretic wise, every sugar alcohol has that same effect, not just Erythritol.

I ended up getting the other flavor (Sundae Funday) in the options there at Amazon. It is $21.32 for twelve bars and then $10.40 off two boxes. To me they are really sweet and taste artificial (so many people won't like them) but are near the top of my favorite protein bars (along with Barebells Birthday Cake and Barebells White Chocolate Almond). I tried the Overload flavors when Quest introduced them (including the other 2 listed above) and the Sundae Funday was my favorite.
