edit: having said that, it is nice that this comes with a 10k mAh battery (although I imagine most SDers have too many of those lying around at any given moment), and that it can use USB battery banks as a power source, whereas some pricier ones require proprietary batteries (unless you add adapters)
I haven't used it yet but did try it on for sizing. I'm a 210lb 5'10" guy with broad shoulders and fairly athletic build, and the large was pretty much spot-on if it were just a regular vest, but heated vest should be more form fitting. I'm probably going to stick with the medium. I bought the Walmart Hart 20v heated jacket about a month ago or so in a large and it didn't feel like it got that hot, until I was bending so the heating element was directly against my back and then I felt the warmth. Similarly if I was leaning against a wall. These are supposed to fit snug but comfortable with minimal layering underneath so you might consider sizing down. Also FYI on the Hart jacket, I did consider swapping for a medium but the battery is just too weird to have in the pocket. It's a 20v tool battery sitting in your pocket.
