Yeah you're either all in with Apple or you are all out. There is no mixing and matching between the two in a feasible fashion

I bought these for work and they work just fine for me. I do have a MacBook for work and s24 for phone. On the MacBook I can see the % battery so that's good. I do lose almost all of the features for when I'm on the phone. But the key feature for me which is to turn on or off noise cancelling works with out phone. You just press and hold on the left airpod. I did have Galaxy buds+ before these and they certainly are awesome too but lacked noise cancelling. So any this fit perfectly, has 8 hours battery life and I don't have to have a headset or cords around me. No complaints on zoom meetings.
I do wish battery % and other features are available with S24 but like I said for basic usage it works fine.

Just rumors, but it's for gesture control and spatial audio. No one should think they'll be taking photos from their earbuds.

$50 more at MSRP is $100 more than this deal which means you are paying 50% extra to be a guinea pig early adopter for a new gimmick that will likely drain the battery faster. No thanks.
