Yes the way Amazon processes the order is they charge you separately for each item and then credit the whole order with the price of the strap. If you go to checkout with both items in your cart, it breaks down the price of the power station and strap separately. When I returned my strap, it showed a credit back to my card for the strap. I feel like it is done this way to prevent people from keeping the free strap and then returning the power station.
