They also probably had to scrub the burn marks off from the sub-standard cooler that it was originally run with.

$430 at Microcenter if you or someone you know is near one, and may be generally going lower soon as 9850X3D is released. I'd definitely spend a bit extra to get the 3 year retail warranty versus this refurbished version with only 90 days. Much moreso if you have an Asrock motherboard which is more likely to fry 9800X3D chips.
