Don't fall for this. I went through with the previous promotion and my rebate was denied. Called customer service, they tried to claim that I selected the wrong plan. Apparently this has happened to multiple other people.

This is a good option to disconnect your wired internet for few months and re-join them as a new customer. If your wired internet bill is going up up and up, try this option and switch back in ~3 months as a new customer.

Agreed, they kept saying the same. After a year of back and forth, they compensate me minus the previous refund for a lost month of service.

I had to fight with them a bit but ultimately got my $ in the form of a bill credit (I'm a Tmo cell customer).

This is such as bs advertiser post. Listing the highest giftcard award in the same sentence as the least expensive plan. Misleading! A $300 gift card is for the $70 plan.

Yeah, lately I've gotten the $440 deal too (from Cap1 Shop Rwrds). It took exactly 90 days and I saw it on my account as pending before that point. If you don't see the right amount as pending, my suggestion is to cancel and do it over with the new offer. My T-Mobile prepaid card came around 90 days later too.

I've lost out on one or two Cap1 deals that they rewarded me the wrong amount and told me I had to wait the 90 days, only to tell me they wouldn't honor it, even though I showed them the email offer. I just hate that they have so many different offers for the same thing/company, both in email and plugin format. Good luck!

Not necessarily, but 5G coverage is HIGHLY dependent on your location, the tower location, and how many people are using it. Mine is actually pretty good, and I haven't noticed any significant degradation since switching off FIOS a few weeks ago. If it degrades because more people jump on with no additional capacity, I'll jump back to FIOS if they offer a decent deal. Now that I'm using YT TV instead of the Verizon garbage, I only need internet and can ignore their predatory cable pricing.

Haven't seen a post with such woe endured over so long on here. Feels like stumbling into wrong group therapy. Is there a group for those who are trying to cope with downgrading from 800Mb to 160Mb to save 50% (1st-world problem, but don't others no longer matter)?
