Don't purchase! These are likely near expiration date! Last week I purchased Diet Coke and Coke, they expired in 13 and 19 days. Shame on Amazon for shipping nearly expired soda.

Talk to support and you can get your money back. There's really no reason to not buy.

It used to be the case that you'd just get a refund via chat, but last time I got almost expired food item, the only option to get a refund was to return it to Whole Foods. Not even UPS or other choices, only Whole Foods. If I knew that, I'd rather just buy stuff from the store (this soda is on sale $4 right now) and save gas and time.

It's strange, when it clearly states food items are not returnable. It happened to me with crushed cookies. I then called customer support, got the same run around, then she wanted me to send a picture. Told her I had thrown it out and the trash was already picked up. Then it got REALLY weird. I got a refund, then a notice that Amazon was shipping the whole box it had come in - cans of ravioli, and 2 boxes of cookies. What arrived 5 days later was a small bag of tree bark. I thought UPS had made the switch, but now I think it was an inside Amazon job, because how could I complain about not receiving an order I wasn't entitled to?

The packers at Amazon don't care. They will pack cookies in the same box as weights, rocks, soda, whatever.
