Worried about carote non stick quality. Dont want too much exposure to forever chemicals. I know they claim it but they still using a different chemical

Granite is the color/texture of the non-stick coating but yeah, I wouldn't deep fry food in a non-stick.

Had the 8 piece set for 3 years. The coatings have held up well but my ex did managed to put a tiny scratch in my 10 inch frying pan by using a knife to stir with...

I wish I knew what the "granite materials" were. I have used granite pans in the past and thought they were great, but I am just not sure how safe they are because it can vary wildly.

I have two pots like this and this one in white would be a great addition. I love the non stick features, I just make sure to use the proper cooking utensils with these pots. I use wooden spoons mostly.
