That said, this material is LIGHT for a hardside luggage.
If you are looking for polypropene, why don't you try this below. It is a Woot! deal on new luggage and the price is good. What attracted to me is that it is a medium sized luggage that "converts" to a large luggage, if needed. The best of both worlds. The price is great and there are several colors.

If you need a set, you can also get the carry on luggage separately at Woot!

Alternatively, you can get a full set directly at TravelPro. ATLANTIC is a luggage brand owned by TravelPro. It is $185 for the set but you can easily get 10% off instantly by signing up for TravelPro emails.

It was purchased to be my primary carry on but I still can't decide if I prefer polypropylene or polycarbonate more as a material. I ended up getting something in Al instead.
This seems like a good deal though. I would have been happier with a 2 piece set than just the one I got at this price and would be in for a set of I was in the market.
