These are targeted. They regularly send these out to new accounts on a weekly basis. Once a couple of months passes then they stop sending these and start sending threshold value coupons like $10 off $70, $25 off $100, etc.

i've had my account for years. I get 20%, 30% and 40% off coupons at least once a month. also "the threshold value coupons" currently, I have 30% off plus $4 off of any purchase.

Not me. I got a few of these discounts the first month of using my card, but none since. Got me interested in going to CVS, which I guess was the purpose. Good while it lasted. Wish they'd come back since there were some pretty good deals.
