Decent deal. $80 new or $46 used are the prices I see for it now. Not crazy of a deal enough to make me blindly buy it though (thankfully-- that happens enough as it is with this site)

I have no idea what this cube is, but ended up buying one. Even if i manage to do 20 incline and 20 decline pushups off that thing i'll call it a sussess. After that it can function as a stool.

it's a box, mini stepper and some resistance bands. you can easily do all of the exercises without it.
jog and do pushups, pullups every day and you'll get more benefit, in my opinion.

You can do incline/decline pushups off anything sturdy enough to support your body weight, e.g. a dining room chair or even a $10 plastic step stool from Ikea or Wallyworld.
