RSL Speedwoofers are incredible. I upgraded from a Klipsch 12" sub to a 10" Speedwoofer Mk2, the RSL is noticably deeper, louder, more defined. I can't imagine how good the 12" must be.

If you want bloated bass to shake the windows and floors, then get a different one, If you want tight, musical bass, RSL is a winner. I own several subwoofers that are more expensive and the RSL holds its own. Impressed. I use it in my office system and it pretty much dissappears, which is the highest compliment you can give to a subwoofer.

Yeah. Get the 12 inch one. This is 10E which is their economy version and don't sound that well. Just boom booms and rumble.....

pretty much anything sounds better than a Klipsch 12. Even think my Athena subwoofer from 20 years ago was better

I bought one back in April of 2024 for $269. Damn tariffs. It's the best sub at this price.

ive got one of these and its quite powerful for a 10" but the overall size is actually loser to a 12" sub
No, The 12S is a lot bigger than the 10E—physically it's more like "big theater sub" versus "compact cube."

Exact dimensions

Model Height. Width Depth Weight
10E 15.5" 15.0" 15.75" 40 lb

12S 22.25" 18.875" 22.125" 80–86 lb (spec/review)

Size difference in practice
The 12S is about 7" taller, ~4" wider, and ~6" deeper, and roughly double the mass, so it has a much larger visual and floor‑space footprint than the 10E.

In a room, the 10E feels like a dense 15" cube you can tuck beside furniture; the 12S feels like a serious full‑size sub that demands its own space.

Dumb question:

I've been using an Aiyima A07 amp with Klipsch speakers without a subwoofer. Would I be able to just connect the A07 3.5 mm aux out to this subwoofer, or would that not work?

I agree on the 12,just keep in mind significant bigger footprint.

This is pretty decent for a small environment & budget conscious person.

So 26Hz is considered "deep bass" now? LOL

It's good for a sub this size in this price range. Plus this sub is supposed to be very musical (not just low end rumble). So quality over quantity.

In an effort to prevent my IQ from dropping any lower I'm going to duck out of this thread, but what exactly are you comparing this to, like a $1000 sub? Like what do you expect for $270?

I'm sure these are good and worth a purchase if anyone is looking for a good low cost sub. I have the 10S MK11 from them and it hits harder than most 12's I've heard.

I think yes it would work. This sub has an onboard LPF and amplifier so it should be ok in theory. Idk if plugging into the aux out cuts the sound going to the mains though. I was looking at the amazon page for the A07 Premium and this seems to be an advertised scenario with the A07 so I think should be ok.
