good price, but I bought several pairs of these, and they are complete garbage. I liked that they had a volume limit, but my kids broke 4 pairs of these with normal use. They snap right above the earcup bracket where it attaches to the headband.
look elsewhere. I bought my daughter some cheap bt wireless amazon headphones that have lasted for well over a year with use multiple times a week.. the battery seems to last 20+ hrs. My daughter rarely has to charge them. maybe 2 or 3x a month?
If anyone is interested they're called new bee wireless headphones, they're $9.99, volume limited and sound really good compared to the altecs.. and I like altec lansing as a brand.. these headphones ain't it though.
Trust me, get the new bees for your kids. you'll be happy you did. The only downside is their wireless ones are limited in colors.

My daughter has the pink ones of these, good price, USB-C charging, decent wireless batter (4 hours). These don't get too loud which is good for kids

Recently bought JLab for $11 (open box) from eBay, they claim 50+ hours of battery. Also, they can be used wired or wireless and has volume limit for kids.

This is a better deal. You can even put in an offer, they sometime will accept.

I ordered the new one for $11. I did the "Make Offer" at $11. They accepted the same day.

they actually sound really good as far as audio quality, better than the Altec's.. which was a surprise to me. I expected lousy tinny sound. But they're surprisingly good

These are garbage. We went through 4 of these in 5 months for our two kids to use at school. In three of these instances, the headphone jack input broke and could not be fixed. The other time, the headphone ear piece plastic snapped.
While they come with a warranty, Altec denied coverage because I no long had a physical copy of the receipt.
