I wouldn't recommend this seller. Ordered last week an Open Box AirPods Pro 3. It was clearly used, had dirt on the charge case, and scratches, which clearly indicated, it was used for a while. Open Box should mean someone ordered, and shipped it back immediately after opening. Sent back the product, and asked for a refund.

I wouldn't recommend this seller. Ordered last week an Open Box AirPods Pro 3. It was clearly used, had dirt on the charge case, and scratches, which clearly indicated, it was used for a while. Open Box should mean someone ordered, and shipped it back immediately after opening. Sent back the product, and asked for a refund.

No these are over ear and VIP outlet is know for its quality in open box items. If you are lucky most of them even get factory warranty.

Ebay open box is typically used. They just don't want to be transparent about the condition.

I ordered a pair from this seller two weeks ago, and they were clearly used, not "open box". I would avoid this seller.
