Built in storage is low, but microSD makes it easy to expand.
This is the perfect size for me. 10 or 11 inch tabs are too heavy for me for comfortable use.
I also have a Lenovo duet 11" that I had first, and still like, but find myself using the tab one 8 inch much more.
So I recommend this tablet for what it is.
im not saying this lenovo is fast, but it is better than the amazon one - usable for a couple basic things at a time if you want to browse web pages or read news or something light.

The specs are just too low, this will hurt to use.... don't do it.
Buy SPECS... not brand name.
Try to get a G99 tablet.
Average Benchmarks Mediatek Helio G99 → 100% n=25
Average Benchmarks Mediatek Helio G85 → 62% n=25
So after sharing 25 benchmarks, it shows that the G99 is 61% faster (38/62)
I use to recommend the Lincplus T3 as the cheapest tablet you should buy... but I can not find it anymore on AMazon.
But I did come accross this one... 1. G99 2. 8GB RAM 3. 128GB hard drive 4. IPS screen with 1720 x 2408. FOR $90ish.

If you want a similar size model.
You can get a branded Android tablet that's too expensive for the low specs.
You can get a 6 letter chinese tablet with no support and no idea where it came from, but it's cheap and good specs.
Or just get an iPad. That'll work. And I don't even like Apple products.
Anyone who buys this tablet will have issues with the slowness.
If you like the 8" size you buy the ALLDOCUBE iplay 50mini pro or the iplay 60 mini pro or the iplay 60 mini ultra. You do have options... and this lenovo tablet is not on the list.
For the bare minimum, AND I have been saying this for TWO YEARS... Bare Minimum.... G99/8GB/128GB.
I say "bare minimum" because I want you to have a decent android experiance... I don't want you to buy this Lenovo tablet and then say... NEVER ANDROID AGAIN, cause it is such a POS.
You know Apple never sells this stuff that is SO SLOW!!!
My Galaxy S24 smartphone has 8GB RAM, so that's my reference for Android performance.
