Should I get this or the Fanttiks one

https://slickdeals.net/f/19052287

I know the Ryobi battery is probably better than the Fanttik but is it 2x better?

If you already have Ryobi 4V tools, then I would definitely get the Ryobi. Even if you don't already have Ryobi 4V tools, I would get the Ryobi as the battery is removable, replaceable and rechargeable outside of the tool so you can use the tool with another battery while recharging the other one. If you have enough batteries, you could use the tool all day without having to stop your work to recharge.

Are people using this/these things for dishes? Or just general outside cleaning like scrubbing wheels doesn't a car wash and such?

Obviously, it has more specialized uses. Automotive-wise, you could use it to scrub the corners of spokes on wheels that you can't easily reach otherwise. You could use it to scrub the grout for the tile in your shower or a tile floor, etc. It's just more of a detail scrubber where conventional scrubbers would be too big.

Looks like it might be nice for doing a cleaning in the bathroom and getting into those tight spots??

From the spec sheet:
"Clean with confidence knowing the scrubber's battery enclosure is IPX7 Water Resistance Rated, meaning this tool can be submerged in up to 3 feet of water for 30 minutes."
Wasnt expecting that tbh.
