Does this offer the same features of the S2 but with a wireless remote?

Was wondering the same thing. Have to do some more research. I just ordered the S2 yesterday from Home Depot as I had credit with them.

From what I've reading, you GAIN the wireless remote control, you lose the air deodorizer and ewater+ feature. Toto states the KS5 is the newest of their lineup.

It looks like the S5 saves presets for different users so you can set a preferred "routine" for yourself and others can do the same... that and the remote is all I see difference-wise so far.

That's pretty much the only difference.

For what it's worth, I work for a company that sells plumbing and I can't even buy it anywhere near this price. If you're in the market, this is a smoking deal!

Regular bidet will do the same job. Cold water feels much better

You must be joking? Cold water is the worst lol, that's the one requirement I tell people, tank or continuous doesn't matter but you don't want it cold.

Saw this at Costco for the same price yesterday, which has a better return policy.

I'm in the same position. So the question is: Are the wireless remote and presets worth an extra $40 without ewater+ and deodorizer.

For me and my new home / renovated bathroom, I don't have a comfortable place FOR a remote. The only option is 5 o clock or 7 o clock, behind the toilet. I'd rather have the attached remote and more features at that point. The only alternative is bolting it on sideways / vertical near the toilet within arms reach.

I had a bidet die after 2 years... went into the Costco app and returned it right online. Did I feel bad because it looked like the bidet went thru hell with my 3 boys? Yes. Did it stop me from boxing it up and sending it back dirty... nope.

I'm on the same situation, and also have an older model with the remote. The remote is honestly a pain, it's awkward to operate it when mounted to the side, and occasionally the infrared signal doesn't trigger the functions.
