Deluxe dowlaod has all the forms that Premium download does, but premium supposedly has some extra guidance for certain situations. Most people say they don't notice the difference in guidance. Desktop is more powerful than online for sure.
There are several competitors that just have one tier that includes everything (e.g. FreeTaxUSA, OLT, Cash App Taxes). Those are cheap/free and you can figure out if it supports what you need without paying anything.
