Sam's club toilet paper is cheaper but it's 2-ply. This is 3 but not sure how the quality is.

The quality and width of this particular toilet has gone down in the last few years. Noticeably the width of the sheets has gone downs about half an inch. I no longer recommend this brand.

Sams has 36 rolls for $23.38 til jan 25th, this looks to be the same rolls? Sams is 4 packs of 9 mega rolls, this looks like 4 packs of 8 rolls

Agree. Most probably aren't old enough to remember when the Koch bros. tried to corner the silver market (in the 80's I think), and it's been downhill since then.
