Good price, but why do companies make mitts close to the color of dirt? Makes it hard to tell how dirty the mitt is (i.e., harder to tell when it's time to rinse or swithc out the mitt). Am I missing something?

I agree. All my mitts of this type are like bright neon green or orange.

I think the mitt style makes it faster to clean. Also, the microfiber material is less likely to create fine or not so fine scratches in the clearcoat caused by trapped dirt. You should still rinse the mitt or swithc it out when you see dirt on the mitt.

These mitts almost always fall apart at the seams. You can get a cheaper version at Dollar Tree for $1.50. Temu sells multipacs for $3-5. You're going to throw these Amazon ones away eventually, might as well get a couple pairs for the same price.
