I have been buying these as gifts for my son. He has a nice collection now (6 sabers) and they are all pretty nice. I usually try and get these around $100 on sale and this is pretty close for a non-mainstream character saber.
If you haven't watched Star Wars:Rebels, it is one of the best series. Features lots of storylines on the clones left behind. Pretty sad story. Worth the watch.

for anything $90+ i'd consider any of the "xenopixel" sabers off of aliexpress (most of the major fancy saber companies have an official store there). when you do this th blade will be much brighter, sounds much more advanced, and th chassis will be metal and more proportional compared to the chonky plastic fx sabers.
basic saber tech:
-cheapest will take batteries (like the ones you can build at disney)
-rgb = colored flashlight shining into hollow blade tube
-xenopixel = led strip inside blade, brighter and allows fancy light effects, bluetooth to fine tune lights and sounds
-proffie = fanciest electronic controller that usually requires a computer / sd card to make changes
almost all of the major saber websites appear to just buy them from aliexpress and send them to you (the shipping times on ali always match the shipping times on th other sites), there are only a few manufacturers that make 90% of the market and get rebranded by a million websites. if you look closely at the hilt details you can find the same product under many names and if you look at the electronics you can confirm which manufacturer made it
sweet spot fo most folks is to look for the words "smooth swing" and "pixel"
