It's on sale for a reason. lots of people in the reviews have complained about the usb tips falling/breaking off after several weeks/months of use. this model appears to have been initially released in 2023 and it looks like they have a newer model available that was released in 2024 for which i don't see any of the same issues being reported in the reviews on amazon so it seems they knew about the issue and resolved it a year later.... and are now trying to sell off their faulty ones on the cheap. I have these. Taken on many flights and good for hotels and rental cars. The reel is a little bigger than other brands like Scosche, but works smoother and may last longer.
