2. Not if you're comparing vs OLED and this has a 120 hz refresh rate
3. Steam has added beta Steam OS for AMD powered handhelds (like this device)

4. There's many devices stronger than the Deck
There is no objective right choice for handhelds imo
Budget = Steam Deck LCD (Hell, ASUS was aggressive with discounts when Xbox Ally was being released that the OG Ally was hitting ~$300 and could compete with Steam Deck LCD on price)
Performance = Most handhelds beat the Steam Deck for performance, especially if you remove trash Windows and do Steam OS or Bazzite (which is where a lot of Windows devices lose FPS with poor 0.1% lows)
Battery/OLED = Steam Deck OLED (I believe OLED has better battery due to worse resolution, refresh, oled, and performance even though it has a smaller battery)
Help I have too much money = One of those $1000+ handhelds with Ryzen Z2 Extreme
