I bought this pan after having a good experience with a smaller pan from the saem company. Unfortunately when adding oil to it, it always pools to the outside of the pan, and does not coat the entire pan. When I reached out to the company they said it is designed that way so it does not slide offf the induction top? Not a good explanation? I read other reviews and people had similar issues and received different responses from the company. One reviewer mentioned that it pooled and the center and the company gave them some bizzare excuse. I wish i had opened and used it before the return window closed.
