Solid, aluminum build, fast charging and the retraction works reliably. I run my Viofo dash cam from its usb-a port and it's been reliable without power cycling when you plug something new in. The swivel does help position it and the only downside is sometimes it's easy to knock it put off the cigarette lighter port if you're rummaging for things in that area of the car (the charger sticks out a fair bit from the 12V charger point)
