My wife got the excellent grade 256gb iPhone 15 Pro for $500 directly from Amazon. Over 90% battery health and in perfect condition. Much better deal imo. They currently have the 512gb 15 Pro for $560 which is a good deal too.
I have the same question. I had bad experience when bought renewed air pod pro on amazon.com with issue on the microphone. However, I take a risk again under 1 year warranty for iPhone 15 Pro Max. (I was planned to get iPhone 17 pro max) but this saved me 1/2 price.

I ordered the 16 pro max through Woot fulfillment by Amazon, well the package arrived yesterday and the box was tampered with during the shipping process and the phone was stolen. It wasn't stolen or tampered with at my doorstep as I got it right away and also have a camera.
Now the woot.com customer service is telling me to contact Amazon customer support, and when contacting Amazon support they are telling me to contact Woot.com. Ridiculous!
I went ahead and filed fraud with my American Express credit card!
They want me to be their middle man resolving their incompetency for using these third party shipping companies to save a few pennies!
