⚠️ Unlock Policy Notice – Please Read
With recent FCC deregulation, prepaid carriers are no longer federally mandated to unlock devices after 60 days.
As of now, Total Wireless and other Verizon-owned MVNOs have not officially updated their published unlock policies. However, these carriers have made retroactive policy changes in the past.
Because of this, there is some risk that unlock timing could change. If you require guaranteed unlocking, please consider this before purchasing.
βœ” Still a strong value if activated under current policy
βœ” Buy before any official policy changes are announced

With the recent FCC deregulation, unlock after 60 days is no longer mandated. Total and other Verizon owned MVNOs have not updated their official unlock policies yet, but they have done so retroactively in the past so there is some amount of risk here if you need this phone to be unlocked.
