It wasn't the quality of the plastic itself, but rather the assembly/heat sealing. Bags not sealed on either end, bags sealed on both ends, drawstring half way sealed into place, etc. Unless it specifically says "newly improved construction" or similar on the box, I'm never ever buying them again.
