Been using it for 30 days, came in like new condition with 100% battery health, under 2 full charges. Very hassle free experience like buying a trouble free fast honda with very high mpg.

One of best value for all in one laptops with reliable Intel 6E wifi, good blend of battery life (12hr-22hr), Anti-reflective matte display for work, encodes 4k very fast with Intel Quick Sync, light gaming ( @30-45fps), very travel friendly ( 3lb, no dongles needed, charges with 15w-65w, metal top and bottom plate)

Eco mode gets you 22hr , but slower 450mph speed
Regular mode gets you 12-16 hr , but fast 500mph
Having 10-15 tab of youtube 1440p does choke the 16gb ram. But 20-40 regular chrome tabs is no problem on high mode.

If you want better gaming, wait a year for Panther Lake X9. It has 50% better gaming with 50% more XE cores for over 3 times the price.

I ordered from Acers ebay over 4 times in last 2 yr. Half was flawless order with shipping within 7 days. The other half was sent the wrong 16gb laptop ( ordered 32gb laptop) and dead charger with $50 off (delta chargers have high defect rate). Refund was within 7 days. 10 times better than Dell Refurbished with used batteries .

Just got the 32GB version in the mail. The model number shown on the sticker on the back says: A14-52MT-701K. This indeed has Ultra 7 258V, not Ultra 5.

Community Reviews

The Acer Aspire 14 AI stands out as a lightweight, travel friendly 14 inch laptop with strong battery life, fast Intel Quick Sync encoding, and solid everyday performance for browsing, office work, and light gaming. The matte touchscreen, bright keyboard, and near new refurb condition with low battery cycle counts make it feel close to retail. The main concerns are inconsistent refurb listings and occasional mismatched specs, plus reports of weak speakers, IPS glow, fan noise, and docked sleep issues over USB C or HDMI. A capable all around machine if the received configuration matches the order.

Is this good or bad? Someone a couple days ago got response from them saying that it should be model A14-52MT-94H5 which is Ultra 9 288V

So is the only difference between the 16GB and 32GB RAM models the memory difference and CPU? Everything else like the screen is the same? Wondering if the 32GB RAM option is worth the ~$100 difference.

Same. Let's hope that they were out of the 258Vs so they had to dig up some 288Vs for us.

Has someone really gotten a 288V from one of the 32GB RAM listings? I haven't seen anyone report this before.

I have no idea if it has actually happened, and it really doesn't even seem like much of an upgrade even if it does. Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so I'll update when it does.

Order 32GB and received mine today. Model "A14-52MT-701K". Cosmetic condition : 100% good, I do not see any damages.
However I see "Acer Re-certified" sticker on the back.

Battery cycle: 4

I was the one you are probably quoting who mentioned the Ultra 9, that was the model they told me. I too received an Ultra 7. (delivered minutes ago). I'm still happy with that. Honestly I probably would have kept an Ultra 5 as long as it had 32GB of ram. Did I hope for a U9, sure, was I banking on it...not really.

I was told the listing was for a A14-52MT-*94H5* but received the A14-52MT-*701K*. I'm pushing back on the ebay store just to see what they say, but they'll probably tell me to be happy it wasn't a Ultra 5.
