Also many cars out there have a tacke don tablet style screen on top of the dash effectively, so not sure why it's outlawed to do this in some states. This is my wife's 2022 MDX for example:

Obviously if you're a short person, putting it on top of your dash obstructing your view in any way is pretty dumb. Taller folks like myself have no issues with stuff like that, I'm close to the roof of my car with my head personally.
These types of devices allows you to keep your car stereo/screen unmodified and easily add in CP/AA using Bluetooth and lighter socket powered.

Took me ~2hr to install. Before that ~2hr to research about tapping back light for that specific car -- brand new to all the concepts.
Still working on making it less visible ... getting window broken for $50 stuff will be a bummer.
