My quick review on it, along with some tips I've found made it more enjoyable:
Heating a towel takes a while, if you can plan ahead and throw one in about 15-20 before taking a shower, it will be much useful.
The towels seem to cool pretty much instantly, at least the ones I've tried. That first 10 seconds is awesome but by 20 seconds it's like it was never warmed to begin with. Has anyone found types of towels that hold the warmth any longer?
I found the design with the pole inside to not be great for me and made it harder to use. Unscrew the pole connecting to the bottom and just use the lid like a resting one, makes it much easier to fill and take stuff out.

Have I ever heard of these before? No. Do I really need these? Also no. Am I now wondering how it got to be that $10 towel warmers for my wife & kids is now what I impulse buy? Yea.
