Correct. Hammers are consumable goods. No point buying Milwaukee when Icon gives you a lifetime guarantee.

They are 30% off at harbor freight if you're part of the inside track club. If you need all 4 these are a better deal

Yeah can't just walk into Harbor Freight and get a new one like Icon can.

Looks like roughly $102 for the four nearly equivalent HF Icon ones, versus the Milwaukee kit for $129. I have mostly Milwaukee stuff and am pretty easy on hammers, to me worth paying the Milwaukee price... great deal! Going to order a set.

If I was hard on them and breaking them, I'd definitely be going the Icon route for the in-store warranty. I've only killed one dead blow before, and it was a pre-Icon HF whose plastic just shattered in the cold, and the exchange process couldn't be easier.

I actually just got the icon ballpeen 16/32oz and 24/48oz dead blow, which is pretty much the equivalent of this set. $102 after 30% discount. I'd much rather go the HF route and not have to worry about warranty.

Milwaukee makes some good stuff, but when it comes to tools I don't want to have to hunt down proof of purchase.

Milwaukee manufactures some of the best power tools, and most of my tools are from this brand; however, their hand tools are among the worst.

Cannot find where these are made. They look like Trusty Cook or Snap On.

If these or the Icon hammers are made in the USA then they are made by company in the link. If these hammers in this listing are USA made then this is an awesome deal.

My Milwaukee flex-head ratcheting wrench set has much thinner walls then the icon set I purchased first. It has already fit in a spot the icon couldn't.
