Great deal. Been waiting for this to go on sale to upgrade from the Lite2. Usb-C charging or bust.

The lite 2 doesn't have usb-c? and it is much larger than this, just seems like apples to oranges

$21 for this thing is a better deal imo

https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-...1Z4P&psc=1

2 joysticks, it's larger than this but still very small for a controller.

I've got one of these and the lack of a left stick causes problems sometimes. I don't know if it's on the game devs or the controller hardware, but on some games (usually indie ones) the d-pad isn't recognized as an alternative to the stick and you're kinda stuck (literally and figuratively).

Not sure if this would help, but on the 8bitdo site:

Why doesn't the D-pad work when connected to the device?
  • To activate the D-pad functions, press and hold either one of the button combos for 5 seconds based on your preference:
  • * Minus button + D-pad up = D-pad control
  • * Minus button + D-pad left = Left stick control
  • * Minus button + D-pad right = Right stick control
I had to look this up since I ordered one and got worried for a second (even though I could just return)

Hey look at that! I'll give it a try - fingers crossed!

You're right. I guess it's more of a sidegrade. But this is much more suited to 2d emulation and page turner for ereader. It turns out that I owned an apple and I wanted an orange.

Ha, it is so darn cute too. I would've bought it but I picked up some lite 2's for traveling for kids.
