Ordered two a couple weeks ago. Supposed to deliver today. Lots of comments and reviews about delivering damaged due to poor packaging so I played the lottery and bought 2 instead of 1.
Someone had good advice that if you order multiples, order them separately so you don't run into return or warranty issues.

I had three of these arrived with busted screens before I got a good one. Even it still has a little piece of dirt trapped in the screen. Also, the local dimming on this monitor is awful and I don't think there is a way to disable it.

The AOC Q27G40XMN it's a 1440p alternative with way better picture quality. Do your research though. It have some software issues depending on the date of manufacturing

I read that about a computer, I got mine from Acer today and thought the packaging was fine. I don't doubt some had issues, but didn't seem like it would be common with what was shipped to me

They came ok. Packaging was indeed terrible, falling apart and room for monitors to bounce around 4-6in. One monitor has something rattling inside. However both are undamaged and functionally working fine.

I got two of these monitors about 1.5 years ago. The specs are great for the price but the product and quality leaves a lot to be desired.

The on screen display (OSD) is the WORST I've used in my 20+ years using a computer. It's incredibly slow to turn on, takes extremely long to switch between inputs and generally unintuitive. Both my wife and I hate dealing with it. I can't wait to replace these.
