You should not make a blanket statement like that. Sams club in Morgantown West Virginia is $2.50 per gallon Circle K is $2.70 so it will be 20 cents cheaper to buy from circle K today.
Maybe it is cheaper where you live but not everywhere.

True, everyone will need to do the math for their area, but it's an important point. I was initially annoyed that I hadn't heard any mention of this promo until this morning. I just filled up yesterday at Costco. In the end, I only paid 3 cents more per gallon and I'm pretty sure it's better quality gas.
