They sell through Walmart, Amazon, and eBay, at least. I got Starfield for $24 when Microsoft pulled all the physical copies from Walmart when it was not selling well. If these are not refurbished, then i would have to guess these are "open box" with the codes missing. I got a 1TB digital PS4 for $319.99 last February because Best Buy does not check to see if people stole the digital item codes when returning the device. Brand new. Plastic wrapped on the console. HDMI and A/C cable ties had never been touched. Got a $20 gift credit when I emailed them about constantly using images that show bundled items that are never in the box. Probably the best time ever to pick up a PS5.
These appear to simply be new units, but if you are looking for a deal, keep an eye on Best Buy. People buy these things, never touch the console, and fence the codes on eBay and Craigslist. Huge bargain for people who don't care about Fortnite.

it does not come up to that price 424. This is the 3rd time it has shown up, but when you go to Walmart site, its 449.
