The thing everyone has been concerned about happened last month. I got a letter in the mail from Total Wireless indicating there has been a data breach at Veriff , the company they use to scan everyone's license when we order a phone from them.
They are sending everyone a letter with a link to experian's id monitoring service.
Waiting on the class action.
Everyone who said not to trust this company with your info was 100% correct.

this is the problem with all these data breaches, companies aren't held accountable. not buddy gets fired, nobody goes to jail. they just notify people and tell them to monitor their accounts. like, what, forever?
