I have never seen these at $29 a piece. They're usually like $15.99 each.. so this is just barely below normal price.

Yup.. and two individual packs at any guitar store are $15.99 each.. So never are they $58 for two. These are 13% off, not 51%.
And if you buy a 3 pack from anywhere else you'd pay about the same per set as this. And they're in stock.
