Home Depot currently has this Milwaukee Ratcheting Screwdriver kit on sale for $20.00 with free shipping. However, this also has an in store clearance price of $16.00. YMMV.
This also qualifies for a Buy More Save More deal. $10 off 3 or more, or $30 off 5 or more. Buying 3 drops the per unit price to about $12, and buying 5 drops the unit price down to about $10 each.

I found most of these with an online price and a 'clearance in store price' (click the little clearance icon below the price when looking online - if there is one - in short, read the fine print around the price area online to see if there is a clearance price. Went yesterday and staff were not helpful finding saw blades that I'd seen here. Went back today and found that they are in displays between the mail aisles and the "cashier level" at the front. It looks like promotional stuff that was probably out for Christmas and is now being clearanced. Its sorted by brand. Some decent deals on cheap tools if you're willing to go in the store.

The ratcheting mechanism is just ok, and is mostly useless if the screw/bolt does not have much resistance.
That being said, it's still very nice without the ratcheting mechanism.
