I like mine but I've seen mold grow quickly on the lid and inside the straw like nothing I've ever had before. Not sure why. It grossed me out

I could be wrong, and hear me out, but I believe this is because you didn't wash the lid. Possibly.

I got a Brumate from another deal for a little bit more. One nice thing about it is the leakproof mode doesn't require taking the straw out and then finding a place for the straw to hang out.

Admittedly they aren't on sale anymore but might be worth watching for instead of picking up this one if you rely on the anti-spill aspect enough that it'd be annoying to use this cup's.
