You're not wrong. On Amazon, brand-new 15.6" portable monitors do hit $40–$50 pretty often, so $69.99 for a used INNOCN doesn't feel like a fair deal.
Latest update on my end: they seem to be stacking discount codes (promo / targeted codes maybe). Right now BIGSALEN2F can bring it down to $38.99, but it's limited-use, so no idea how many redemptions are left. If that's gone, BIGSALEN2F26 still works for $47.99.
Also, just being realistic: monitor quality is heavily tied to the panel + QC. A near-16" brand-new portable at $40–$60 makes me wonder what the panel quality looks like—merchants still need margin, so at that price you're likely looking at cost cutting and a panel/QC lottery🤡.
